Lolita San Miguel in Tokyo for her exclusive 3 days workshop on
October 13,14 and 15th.
Lolita San Miguel was certified by Joseph H.Pilates by himself in 1967
and has continued her 40 years
dedication to the Pilates Method internationally.
It will be rare chance to join the workshop by Pilates Elder in Asia.
